About me

I know change from hands-on experience.

As a graduate industrial engineer, I spent many years working in international industry, leading teams and supporting organisational change. I saw how closely technical decisions, business needs and human behaviour are connected. As an inventor and co-inventor, I contributed to technical developments. Today, I develop new services under my own registered trademarks.

Today I combine this experience with my work as a Heilpraktikerin licensed in Germany to practise psychotherapy and my focus on Digital Brain Health. My central concern is how people can maintain their mental performance as digitalisation advances. This matters to individuals, businesses and their leaders.

With Off-Grid Coaching Europe® I explore these topics further through coaching and workshops.

Digital change has been part of my life for decades, both professionally and personally. My own digital journey began with a Commodore VC20 in 1982. Being the mother of two digital natives later brought a new perspective: my son discovered programming on a Raspberry Pi when he was just six. For me, digital change is also about how we learn, stay curious and use technology thoughtfully.

I enjoy complex ideas and clear explanations. I take action, ask questions and keep my sense of humour, even when the subject is serious.

Patents and trademark rights

Developing technology.
Shaping change.

During my career in industry, I developed technical solutions and was named as an inventor and co-inventor in patent publications. These include a roller blind for vehicle side windows, solutions for vehicle interiors and a folding roof rack.

Selected patent publications

These publications document my development work within Opel and GM. They record my role as an inventor and do not indicate whether patent protection remains in force today.

Off-Grid Coaching Europe® is a registered European Union trade mark of Petra Pinder. MindUnplugged®, NeuroShield® and TranceBreaker® are registered trade marks of Petra Pinder in Germany.
